Selling iPhone; how to wipe?

Do I just select "erase all content and settings"? I've already transferred to a different phone. Will this remove my apple ID info? Is there anything else I need to do other than that? The ESN is now clean.

Do you have a computer? If so, plug in, open iTunes, select restore and restore as new (do not restore from backup).

This will wipe everything clean and install a nice fresh version if iOS for the new owner.

Yes, that is all you need to do. It will remove all your data/info from the phone.
