Selling iPhone. Please Help

I have an iphone 4 32 GB with 4.1 on it. IT is currently jailbroken and unlocked and I want to make sure I keep it that way, however I do want to restore. How can I restore it back to 4.1 and rejailbreak it step by step. All my SHSH are backed up with cydia. I am just not sure what the best way to do it is. Any help would be appreciated.

You will have to run tinyumbrella in the back while its restoring in order to maintain your unlockable baseband.
After its done restore to official 4.1 thru itunes and give you the error message kick device out of recovery with T.U.
Then JB with limerain or greenpoison and install ultrasnow from cydia to unlock.
Set up as new phone on itunes, dont restore it from any of your backups.
