iPod touch Selling iPod Touch - Need to know how to bring it to factory settings

Ok, selling my ipod touch for some extra money. How do I go about restoring it to factory settings (no songs, personal info, want it just like its out of box)?

plug it into your computer. Click Restore. Don't restore from backup
