Selling jailbroken iPhone 4 5.0.1

I am selling my at&t iPhone 4 and I would like to keep the jailbreak intact. Can I restore a clean install of 5.0.1 using tiny umbrella? I do have the blobs. And then re-jailbreak? Or is there another way to clear all of my info off the phone (besides manually), so that I can sell it?
