Selling Logic Studio 8?

Hi guys.

Ive done a bit of searching round but couldnt find a definite answer.
Im currently selling my copy of Logic Studio 8.
However, someone has asked me if i have already registered the product, which i have, and was wondering if they will have any problems using the software when they get it? Also will they be able to register it in their name?

They won't have any issues. It's perfectly legal to sell software as long as you uninstall it from your computer first. When they install it, they'll be able to register it in their name.

I understand legally i have to remove it from my computer. I just wanted to double check there would be no problems on their end, or if i would have to unregister it first.
