Does anyone know where I can sell four 256MB SDRAM sticks for at least $50 total? eBay is terrible at that, and I looked on Crucial.com and was upset to see that they sell a single 256 for more than $33!

Have you tried the macrumors "Market place". But really I think your price is to high "OWC" sell these for about $15 new and offers a lifetime warranty.
Used RAM should sell for about 1/2 the price of new. But even then it is hard to unload low capasity RAM like yours. There is not much of a market for it.
