Selling MacBooks

I have an early-2011 MBP and mid-2011 MBA that I'm thinking of selling to get a rMBP. Sorry if this has been covered before but if I sell them with ML, is my apple ID embedded in there somewhere (like movies, books and music)?

i would use the recovery partition to format and do a clean install than it would jsut be at the welcome screen you got the first time you turned it on out of the box
