Selling MBP - CL Question

I can't remember, but I thought I saw a person post this same thing about selling his Mac on CL...

I keep getting texts from people wanting to PayPal the money to me and I'm getting the same texts from different area codes wanting the email address...

It seems fishy to me and I'd rather just deal with someone local (which it states in my ad)...

Don't do it. I put "local only cash only" on all of my ads.

Either ask them to put the money in your account first and confirm you have it or just meet in person. I find Kijiji to be a better site for this rather than CL

If you read the MR Guides and search the forums you'll find quite a few threads on this issue and plenty of information and warnings about buying and/or selling on Craigslist.
