Selling MBP, Should I buy Lion?

I am thinking about selling my MBP to get one of the new MBAs. I am not sure if I should spend the $30 to upgrade to Lion before I sell it or if I should just leave it at Snow Leopard.

That makes sense. I didn't think about it being tied to my account. I wonder how that will affect people who upgrade to Lion and then sell their MBP later down the road.

thats an interesting point because if you have to use the restore partion before in starts it asks for a apple id.
