Selling my 2g iPhone?

I have an 8gb iPhone that I'd like to sell since I've had my 3G one for a while now. However, I'm looking for some advice on how to do it. I see a lot on craigslist that are jailbroken. I dont know much about this process or how to even unlock it. Is it worth much more jailbroken or should I just sell it as is? It's in great shape, I have all the original stuff including box. Thanks for any advice!
