Selling my iPad 3 for LTE iPad Mini

Anyone else? Here's hoping it arrives with LTE.

Why? iPad is too big to comfortably use for long reading sessions, too small to watch long videos on.

I end up preferring my MacBook Pro for videos and my iphone for reading in bed. That leaves the current iPad 3 for textbooks and tethering.

Does apple have a restocking fee? Not sure if I want an iPad mini or keep my Nexus 7. If there's no fee ill buy it and see if I like it.
