So I'm selling my iPad 3 to someone near me tonight and I was wondering if there was anything I needed to know about the process besides clearing the memory? Any changes I need to make on Verizon's site or anything like that?

If by clearing the memory you mean restore the iPad to factory settings, do that. Turn it on and make sure you cant access your icloud settings or anything if you want to make sure your good.
