I am jailbroken on 4.3.3 and someone wants to buy it jailbroken. Will I have to restore it to 4.3.5 and downgrade to 4.3.3 and rejailbreak? With this procedure will my personal data be removed?

You would need the SHSH saved for 4.3.3 to restore fresh back to it.

Yes. Open up Cydia and see which SHSH the phone has saved. They'll be listed at the top.
