Selling my iPhone on iOS 5, i have one question

So as the title states I'm selling my iPhone 4 and it is running iOS 5. I have a problem, how do i erase everything without being brought to the set up page when the procedure is done? i can ether restore or go to settings and go to erase all content and settings. but i want it in a state where the phone is still operable just with no personal info, settings or content.

Just restore all contents and settings, I did this with my iPad 2 I sold on eBay last week. The buyer should be able to do the initial setup themselves.

You most likely won't be able to unless you set it up as a new device man

ok now my sim won't be affected, i can just take it out and then do it or it doesn't really matter.

Just do erase and restore then plug in to iTunes but untick automatic sync, so it will activate!
