I'm just about to sell my macbook pro. I only had it a few months so it's pretty new.

I bought it from Apple online and I didn't get a boot disk or anything like that.

I want to know how i can reset it so other's can sign in and set there own passwords etc.

At the moment when I want to install something my user name comes up and I've to enter my password. - I don't want to give this out.

I can remove all the content off it by hand so thats no a problem.. its more the Admin password thing i'd like to change.

thanks.

Command + R boot to Internet Recovery, Format Hard Drive, Install OSX. When setup assistant starts, exit the program, turn off the computer. The computer is now ready for the new owner to setup.
