Selling my MacBook today - question about formatting

so im selling my macbook today and getting a top of the line 15" pro. im almost done zeroing out my drive (the entire drive, not the partition). when i go to reinstall osx do i just click install or do i have to make a new partition or what? sorry for the newb question i just haven't done this in a while.

Hey just launch the lion setup, go to disk utility, I'm sure there is partition already if not make it, Name it Macintosh HD and then exit disk utility and start lion install, select "Macintosh HD" that you made earlier It will do the rest on its own. good luck.
