Hey guys. You all probably remember me posting here a few months ago because I wanted to purchase a Unibody MacBook.

I did that purchase on March 23, 2009 which is a little over two months ago and now, there is a new MacBook Pro 13" available.

I found someone who is interested in purchasing this MacBook and am wondering how should I go about deleting all my stuff so he won't have access to my password and etc. Though I would like to keep the applications and software installed for him.

Do I just make a new "Administrator Account" for him and delete my current one. Will that do all the work as if I just reset the MacBook to factory settings but this case would keep some applications or not have the hassle of having to put the disc in and updating the MacBook again?

Thanks :)
