Hi all,

Last night, my seltzer bottle exploded while I was opening it, and some seltzer water sprayed on my computer. I turned it over right away, and there didn't seem to be a lot of moisture on the computer, but almost immediately a few keys stopped working. I turned it off and left it off overnight, but the keys are still not responsive. The keys aren't sticky, but when clicked, do not type. Everything else appears to be working normaly with the computer.

Is there a chance that over a few days this damage will repair? or if it's already not working is the damage permanent? would rice help?

Thanks!

Yes, leave it off and give it time.

Its likely seltzer will leave no residue unless it was flavored.
