Hi. Now, I have an issue that you may be able to help me with, if not, this is the end of my searching.
The TL;DR version: 3rd Party USB apps don't work with my iPod
Number 1: My son (2 years old) dropped my wife's iPod Touch 1g 16gb into a glass of water. The only thing I can see that it did is remove wi-fi capabilities (if you have any magic solutions that might fix the wifi, my problem ends here.)
Number 2: The iPod is Jailbroken @ 3.1.2. I attempted to use iPhone Tunnel Suite to tunnel in through USB and install apps there. Tunnel says it's 'Running!', then when I click file browser, I get the message "Network Error: Software caused connection abort". I tried using WinSCP seperately just in case, and I get the same thing. Now. I heard about 2 programs called Cyder, and Cyder II which let you install cydia apps through USB. Both of those don't work either. They both won't retrieve sources or installed apps from the iPod.
The TL;DR version: 3rd Party USB apps don't work with my iPod.
The thing that bugs me the most is that my iPod can sync fine with iTunes, the USB isn't broken.
If I left anything out, or I'm pretty much f***ed, please, let me know.
