My entire iTunes library is stored on a dif. drive than my settings/playlists/ect ect are. I currently have my HD in my new Mac Pro that contains all my actual media files, but I am trying to migrate my playlists and such from my g5 onto my new iTunes account. Target disk mode isn't working but i have a wired ethernet connection between the two machienes. What can i do to get my playlists and settings onto my new computer?

I think you should just be able to drag the files to the new machine since all of the iTunes connections are relative and not absolute. As long as you have them in the same place on your new machine (probably the music folder) then it should work fine.
