Send a 100MB Video file to download on phone???

I've tried Wetransfer, Wesendit even Google Drive to send and try to download a video file to my phone.

It seems that you cannot download from any of these websites to your phone?


If anyone can help me out here or recommend an app I can use to send a file so someone can download it on their phone would be GREATLY appreciated

I have a 100MB file on my computer that I want to send so someone can download it to their phone, the problem is no application I know of does it, BUT I know it can be done because I've done it before just don't remember how........
