"Send as" from iPhone Mail

I want to set up a second SMTP account to send mail from using Gmail on my iPhone so I can send e-mails under my school address. I saw instructions on how to do this but it looked like they set up the account differently (using "Other", where I'm using Exchange for push support). Is there a way to set up multiple "send from" addresses using Gmail on Exchange?
