This is proper easy I'm sure, but I have been looking for hours!

I have an iMac as main computer, and a mac mini that I am going to run plex on. I want to send files from the iMac over to the mac mini. Now this can't be that hard lol..

I'm not all that clued up on FTP, but I have Filezilla installed on both, I also tried the file sharing thing and I can see the min / iMac from each other side but it says enter your username and password for server when I click connect as.

Please help (without LYAO)

Cheers

Just enter the Mac user and password and you will be fine to connect/open the other Mac via your network.
If there are plenty of files it might be better to plug one Mac to the other via FireWire or Thunderbolt search for target disk mode.

Thanks! - I get it now.. How dumb do I feel!

Its sorted :)

Thanks for your help.
