Apple sued them out of existence.
Hacking the macOS to run on a PC is cool, but a violation of Apple license, and the DMCA.
Apple looks the other way when end users do it, so long as they are not selling anything, and trying to turn a profit.
Really, it's a support nightmare, as every OS update/upgrade can break the hacks. I highly doubt you're going to get even the basic level of support from anyone that can't figure out how to make images load on their own webpage, and you're got to be SOL when Apple closes them down.
