sending a DVD to friend..

I just made a DVD in iDVD and now I want to send it to my friend . I've noticed in some files that I have downloaded, the file came up as a .dmg file and when I opened it. it would be a disk on my desktop. how do you do this?? thanks!

I would use DVDBackup to get the video_ts file and send that to them.
