Sending Email Is Slow?

Anyone else noticing that outgoing email in 10.10 is very slow? Even small messages with no attachment are taking 10-30 seconds to send where they went out quickly before upgrading. Both my iCloud and IMAP accounts take forever to go out. (10 - 45 seconds).
