I am using Entourage 2008 and sending calendar invitations to Outlook users who are NOT on an exchange server. I am able to receive and accept their invitations but they are not able to accept mine. The Entourage invitations come through with jibberish and no accept or reject option.

Is there any way to solve this????

What they see depends on their server. To ensure that they'll be able to act upon it, create the event on your calendar, but don't invite them. Instead, after you have saved the event, drag it from your calendar onto your desktop. Entourage will create a .ics file. Then create a new mail message to the others, and attach this .ics file. In Outlook, they can then double-click on the .ics file and add it to their calendar.

Regards,
Nadyne.
