I "gifted" an iTunes album to my mom to kick off her her iTunes library. She signed onto her account on my brother's mac mini, opened the email, and clicked "Redeem."
Here, she was prompted to enter a 12-digit code (???). I think she pressed "OK," and it said "This code is already being used and may only be used once."
What happened? What is this code? Is the gift lost now? Any help would be appreciated.
