iPod touch Sending Ipod in for repairs, however cannot back up

Hi all,

I'm sending my Ipod 5th Gen in for repairs as the screen is broken inside (I got told it was only fixable by apple... Maybe not even fixable). Anyway, it's fully unresponsive, and I, being myself, haven't backed it up since the New Year. I've taken several GB's of photos too which I don't want to lose. Since the screen is unresponsive I cannot type in my pass code, and therefore back it up.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do?

If you are using a Windows PC, you could give this a try. I use CopyTrans instead of iTunes to copy to and from my iDevices.
