Sending Mac Mail to Groups

I use Address Groups to send to multiple email addresses, but I hate the fact that the group name I choose disappears on the receiving end, showing only
'undisclosed recipients' in the 'To' line. I want to show the group name that I've chosen to I.D. the group, so that it makes more sense to the people receiving the email. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
