iPod touch Sending mms and SMS with iPod touch canada

Is there an app that works in Canada with sending SMS and mms? It doesn't matter if I can receive them, just sending them would be fine. I googled with no luck. It has to work on Rogers

just tell all your mates to use email its way better than SMS and MMS you can send anything you want (full res pics, videos) all for loads less than half a SMS
