Sending Music files via Airplay to someone else

Hi folks

Can anyone explain to me how I can send music files to a family member?
I don't have Apple Music (anymore), this is my own music collection stored locally. I know I can use iTunes but I really don't want to!

There are other programs that work but it'd be a million times easier if I can send individual files to my partner via airplay when she wants it, rather than setting it up to transfer via PC.
