Prior to installing OS 11.6, I was able to have my Music come out of both my computer and our HomePod mini. I was hoping that Apple would allow the same sound to come out of multiple devices. Such as my HomePod mini, Apple TV, and Mac simultaneously, so I could hear it in whatever room I roam. Alais, that was not the case. With OS 11.6, music only comes out of one device at a time.

Hopefully, I am doing something wrong, and there is an easy fix. If not Apple, what is happening to your user-friendly quality?

I have an issue which I suspect may be the same issue. I have multiple airplay devices but liked to use them alongside the in-built computer audio. I.e. music on my mac own ym study and then lied through to a HomePod in my lounge.

After 11.6 I can't. I can play just through the Mac itself, and I can play through any combination of airplay devices, but if I select the computer as an output while an airplay device is in use, the computer doesn't play (though shows up as a selectable source this is for the airplay screen in music).

I say I think it may be the same issue as if RichardJD's setup is one computer and one HomePod, my issue would manifest exactly the same on that setup.
