Sending of SMS-messages via Messages stopped working after the upgrade

Hi,

After the newest upgrade of OSX and iPhone this week, I immediately got problems with sending normal SMS and MMS-messages via the Messages-client in OSX.

This is really, really useful and being used very frequently.

Any ideas on why this isn´t working anymore? Have Apple stopped supporting this functionality - or can it be fixed in any way??

MacOS Sierra: 10.12.4 (16E195)
