At first, I have to say that I'm not Apple device user and I don't know how to fix the problem because I don't have a device.
In the company where I work we use several type devices to make a picture of something.
When picture is taken then is sent by mail in attachment as original file with GPS coordinates in exif

Could you tell me what I have to say iPhone user to do it properly ? In case of them they send picture file without any data in exif. But of course they say "I see GPS coordinates in my iPhone, I don't know why you don't see"
