Sending slow motion videos issue

If I send anyone a slow motion video, if I look at the video from the messages app, it plays in regular speed. The recipients however see it in slow motion. Does this happen to anyone else?

I am also having the same problem I haven't had his problem when I first got the phone it just started today. Also I can not load slow motion to Instagram it just plays in regular speed, I've tried deleting the app and down loading it again reset my phone also did a restore and still having both problems with texts and Instagram.

You have to send it from the Photos share sheet for it to be reliably in slow motion.
