iOS sending text file in iphone device with exe

can we send text file in iphone device with iphone release exe....or with iphone distribution exe..
actually i have to check the authority in which the i have to check the uid of device with UID in text file
if it is same then my application invoke otherwise it will terminate....
so is their any way for it.
