Hello. A friends computer charger broke so im looking to send him one from the states.

using usps express international, it estimates that it would take 3-5 business days. my question is, is there anything specific i need to fill out so he won't get pegged with high customs fee? do i say gift, goods, etc etc?

can anybody who lives in spain tell me how much the customs fee should be? the package only weighs 1.2-1.8 pounds (also stuffed in some food in there). would hate for him to pay 30+ dollars to sign/retrieve the package.

If you say something is a gift customs generally doesn't charge tax. Why not google? I'm sure the Spanish government has some info online about it.
