I recorded some video clips in Photobooth and I wanted to know if I could send those video files through Mail. I did import it into Mail, but the message wasn't able to send it.

I did import the files into iMovie and I wanted to know if I need to send it through that instead. Well if neither of those ways work, how can I send a video file through Mail?

When sending through mail, or anything, it just acts like an attachment.

Any problems you have sending it are not with mail, but with the size of the file. Most email providers have an attachment size limit of 20Mb, and many are still 10Mb. When sending you have to take the lesser of the two between your email and the recipients email size limits.

Because that is a video, chances are it is much larger than 20Mb and so will be rejected by the email servers. So unless you can find a way to compress it under your limit, you will have to find a way other than email to send it.
