Everytime I record a long HD video I cant add it to my dropbox for private sharing with my other co workers

We are media majors and dont want our work posted online.

Can anyone recommend an app/solution to sending a large video PRIVATELY from my iphone to a person's email?
 
Used to be a 150MB limit from mobile app, 300MB limit from website.

Transfer the video file to your computer, then into your dropbox folder.
