These is the usb ports in the back seats. Not the front.

It probably won’t cause any damage, but I wouldn’t expect it to charge very fast. Particularly not a tablet. USB-A cables don’t carry much current.

Was that more powerful ?

I guess there may still be one in the front but that would be a pain in the butt maybe.

Would this work on a usb connector in the car on the back seat usb plugs for charging only of course ?


It should work, but, again, I’m sure the car is only putting out, at most, a couple amps. Maybe as little as 0.5 A depending on the car. Using a splitter like this would mean each device is getting very little current. Maybe not even enough to keep their batteries from draining while in use.
