Didn't see anything about this here. Apparently Quantum Research believes Apple stole their technology with the touch screen.

Seems Macrumors have speculated the technology might be from Synaptics or Fingerworks.. Seems QR is not alone with this technology..

Perhaps nintendo should sue too b/c they have had a touch screen ds out for years.
I'm so tired of hearing of places suing... "Hey we couldn't make it work out the way we wanted, and the money isn't coming in like we hoped." ... then along comes another comepany with something similar " hey that looks like our. Their going to make the money we can't... lets sue"

ahhhh.... oh well.
