...will they know that I tried to jailbreak (even though it never worked) I restored (DFU) twice after they failed.

Have people been contacted by Apple informing them that their warranty is void?

Thank you.

Shawn

Chances are Apple will somehow find out. So, your device cannot be turned on?

No it could turn on, there was various faults with the phone that needed sorting. When I attempted to jailbreak with spirit it never worked and I need full restores after that to wipe the phone. I had an advance replacement so just crapping myself now that if they find out my credit card will be charged.

Geesh. Some people think apple is just looking for ways to send in the black helicopters or something. They wont likely even determine it's jailbroke as they will just restore it and try the various functions for faults most likely.

They just dont care enough.

Last week at the Apple store, I had an employee (not Genius) ask me how I jailbroke my 3GS. Gave him the DevTeam.blog as he wanted to jailbreak his.

OP...relax, they just don't care.
