Sent imessages not appearing on other devices

I have a 2016 iMac, iPhone 7 plus, and iPad Pro. When I send an iMessage on any of these devices it doesn't show up on the other 2 devices. Received iMessages show up on all 3 at the same time. Can't find the solution to this problem.
All signed in to the same iCloud account and the same phone number is listed on all devices along with the same email address.

Try signing out of iCloud on all three devices and then sign back in on each one. Of course do so with the same Apple ID and password.
