Sent mail folders not showing up in Apple Mail

I'm running Apple Mail 3.6, OS 10.5.7.

See that above? I've got two IMAP accts and you can see how the inbox for each account appears separately. My sent and draft mailboxes used to do the same, meaning I had separate sent and draft boxes for each account. However, I started my computer up today and all I saw was the one sent box and the one drafts box. Anybody know why that is and how to fix it? Thanks!
