I am so frustrated with my switch from 10.5 to Snow Leopard. Everything has been smooth except MAIL. In Time Machine i have backup of all my mailboxes including (importantly) my SENT mailbox. I am trying to import my SENT mailbox from Time Machine into 10.6 Mail. I see the imported mailbox as a separate folder - which is great all my emails are there. BUT when i try to MOVE those emails into the "real" SENT folder (the paper airplane icon), they all transfer over and appear to begin SENDING all over again! How do i prevent years worth of sent emails from being sent all over again?? (It seems like they are being re-sent because at the bottom left corner in mail there is the little KB/S progress bar showing all kinds of activity.

All i want is 1 single Keep folder for all of the incoming mail i have kept over the years & then all of my sent mail over the years to be in the folder that has the airplane icon... heeelp
