Hi peeps.
My iMac crashed and lost all my data. I got it back today and I plugged in my ipod nano. The only things that copied back to my iMac was the purchased tracks from itunes. I still have old stuff I ripped from my CDs, so i used Senuti to grab all my old stuff, and it worked.

I put them in "users/me/music/itunes music" .. but when I sync up with itunes, it deleted my ipod and just kept the purchase music.

Luckily I still have the MP3s on the "itunes music" folder on my iMac.

How do I get itunes to recognize those tracks and sync back to my ipod?

Thanks for looking and I hope to find a solution soon.

Easiest way would be to select the folders containing the music and drag them onto the iTunes library in the program itself. It should then import them all.
