I've been hearing that SEO is no longer as important as it used to be. Things like keywords are not being taken into context as much in Google's Algorithm. It seems the only important factor now seems to be content and relevant back links. I'd love to hear what you guys think.

P.S. How effective are the people, say on fiverr.com, who say "I can get you 200 back links for $5" Could that help your website?
