Hi All,
Whenever I try and SET separate view options on my NAS mounted folders they do not work.
For instance I will set 1 folder on the NAS to be sorted by "Created Date" and another just normal "Alphabetically".
However after creating the first folder to work by Created Date this rule then proceeds to effect all folders on the NAS and thus the setting I set for the 2nd folder be it Alphabetically is overruled and ignored.
I think it has something to do with OS X not recognising they are separate folders and classing them all as the same folder/drive.
So, In my case when I right click a specific mounted folder on the NAS and choose Show View Options the name of the folder is DISKSTATION by NAS's Share Address and not the Name of the specific folder on the NAS.
Does anyone know if it is possible to set separate folder view options on NAS/Shared folders on the same host?
Any help appreciated
