Is it possible to auto-separate videos and photos on the iPhone into separate folders? Right now all videos and photos go into the Camera Roll folder which is just stupid. I would like to have a separate folder for videos and when I record a video it is automatically put there instead of the Camera Roll folder.

Sorry but no can do. All goes into Camera roll. I'm sure some third party apps or jailbroken apps could do this, but not stock. What you can do though is open up camera, then go to the camera roll, and from there you can look at just pictures or just videos. Closest you will get to what you want.
